Refund policy
Returns and Refunds Due to the nature of our products (food/tea leaves) and for health and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind. Additionally, our subscription is based on a "Tea Master's Choice" curation, where our experts hand-select the tea for you each month. Therefore, please understand that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds simply because the tea was not to your personal taste or you preferred a different type.
Damaged or Incorrect Items We take great care in packaging our products, but in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive an entirely incorrect subscription plan, please contact our customer support team at takuminoshizuku.japan@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos clearly showing the issue. Upon verification, we will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent or issue a refund for that month's box.
