Cancellation policy

Auto-Renewal Our subscription plans automatically renew each month, and the payment method you have on file will be automatically charged.

Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time after your initial (first) order. To stop the next shipment and prevent further charges, you must complete the cancellation process by the day before the last day of the current month (Japan Standard Time). If you cancel after this deadline, your cancellation will take effect for the following month's shipment, and the upcoming box will still be processed and shipped. Please note that the very first month's order cannot be canceled or refunded once it has been placed.
