Shipping & Subscription Policy
Shipping Date: Orders are shipped on the 15th of the month following your initial purchase.
Delivery Time: Approximately 7-14 days after dispatch, varying slightly by destination.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription anytime. To prevent the next month's shipment, please cancel by the day before the last day of the current month.
Initial Orders: Please note that your first month's order cannot be canceled once placed.
Remote Area Deliveries: If your shipping address is classified as a "Remote Area" by our carrier (which incurs an additional $35 surcharge), we will cover this extra cost and ship your first box as scheduled. However, please note that your subsequent automatic renewals will be canceled. We will notify you via email and provide a special link to our Remote Area Plan should you wish to continue your tea journey with us.
