Takumi no Shizuku offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND "TEA MASTER'S CHOICE" We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Our subscription box includes a curated selection of teas. By purchasing our subscription, you acknowledge and agree to our "Tea Master's Choice" policy: our experts will hand-select either Sencha or Hojicha for your box based on seasonality and quality. Customers cannot choose the specific tea type for each month's delivery. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.
SECTION 3 - SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND AUTO-RENEWAL By purchasing a monthly subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month, and your payment method on file will be charged automatically at the then-current subscription rate. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time after your initial order. To prevent the next month's shipment and charge, you must complete your cancellation process by the day before the last day of the current month (Japan Standard Time). If you cancel after this deadline, your cancellation will take effect for the following month. Please note that the initial month's order cannot be canceled once placed.
SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Initial subscription orders will be shipped around the 15th of the month following your purchase. Subsequent boxes will also ship around the 15th of each month. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes or other factors beyond our control. The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
SECTION 6 - OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS We may provide you with access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind. Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.

You and Takumi no Shizuku agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court in Japan for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
